INTRODUCTION TopPURE® BLOOD DNA EXTRACTION KIT (HE-007)

TopPURE® BLOOD DNA EXTRACTION KIT  , developed by ABT, utilizes silica column membrane technology to enable high-quality DNA extraction from whole blood samples containing anticoagulants (EDTA, citrate). The kit is designed for a simple, safe, and rapid extraction process, completed in under 45 minutes. The purified DNA is directly applicable to experiments such as real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blot, and SNP analysis. Additionally, the kit has been improved for room temperature storage and offers an extended shelf life of up to 24 months, enhancing cost efficiency and user convenience.

(**) Proteinase K is reconstituted with Dissolve Buffer before use, following the instructions on the tube label. After reconstitution, the tube should be stored at 2-8°C.
