INTRODUCTION 

The TopPURE ® Manual Maga cfDNA Extraction Kit is optimally designed and manufactured by ABT for manual DNA extraction using magnetic bead technology combined with a magnetic rack (manual extraction). The kit provides an optimal solution in terms of time, cost, and efficiency for the extraction and purification of circulating free DNA (cfDNA) from human plasma and serum.
