TBseq® Mycobacterium DNA and M. tuberculosis drug resistance gene detection kit (Sequencing Method)
Leveraging nanopore sequencing technology, our product diagnoses Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) and 168 non-tuberculosis mycobacteria (NTM), detects 17 MTB drug resistance genes and 6 NTM resistance genes, and analyzes NAT2 gene polymorphism for isoniazid dosing. This product is for research use only. REF:901227 24T;901228 96T. Suitable Platform:ONT
The kit is designed for the qualitative detection of Mycobacterium DNA and M. tuberculosis (Mtb) drug resistance genes and NAT2 gene polymorphism in human sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, pleural effusion or Mycobacteria-positive culture. Optionally, it can also be used to detect non-tuberculosis mycobacterial (NTM) drug resistance genes and Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC) strain genotyping (spoligotyping and MIRU-VNTR).
